
近日,市场监管总局发布2026年月饼专项抽检结果,共抽检样品3200批次,不合格率仅为1.2%,较去年下降0.5个百分点,创历史新低。
本次抽检覆盖全国28个省份,涉及月饼生产企业580余家,检测项目包括酸价、过氧化值、防腐剂、色素等关键指标。其中,酸价超标和防腐剂超量使用仍是主要不合格原因。
专家指出,不合格率持续下降得益于新国标的严格执行和企业自律意识增强。消费者购买月饼时,建议选择正规渠道,注意查看生产日期和保质期。
The State Administration for Market Regulation recently released the 2026 mooncake special inspection results. Out of 3,200 batches tested, the non-compliance rate was only 1.2%, down 0.5 percentage points from last year, hitting a record low.
This inspection covered 28 provinces and involved over 580 mooncake manufacturers. Testing items included acid value, peroxide value, preservatives, and colorants. Acid value exceeded standards and excessive preservative use remained the primary causes of non-compliance.
Experts note that the declining non-compliance rate results from strict enforcement of new national standards and enhanced corporate self-discipline. Consumers are advised to purchase from legitimate channels and check production dates and shelf life.
