报告指出,食品行业ESG发展呈现三大趋势:一是碳排放管理成为核心议题,头部企业纷纷设定碳中和时间表;二是供应链可持续性受到关注,超过60%的企业要求供应商提供环保认证;三是产品健康化转型加速,低糖、低脂、清洁标签成为产品开发方向。

The China Food Industry Association recently released the "2026 Food Industry ESG Development Report," showing that over 75% of food companies have incorporated ESG into their strategic planning, up 15 percentage points from 2025.
The report identifies three major trends: carbon emission management has become a core issue, supply chain sustainability is gaining attention, and product healthification is accelerating. Kowloon Peninsula has established a complete raw material traceability system and completed energy-saving upgrades at its production base, reducing carbon emissions by 20%.
