国家市场监管总局近日发布端午节前食品安全专项抽检结果，覆盖全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的食品生产企业和流通环节，重点对粽子、糕点、肉制品等节令食品进行抽检。

本次抽检共涉及粮食加工品、食用油、油脂及其制品、肉制品、乳制品等15个食品大类，共抽检样品1.2万余批次，其中合格样品1.18万余批次，合格率为98.3%。针对发现的不合格产品，监管部门已要求相关企业立即下架、召回，并依法进行处理。

专家提醒消费者在购买节令食品时，应选择正规渠道，注意查看产品生产日期、保质期和包装完整性，发现问题食品及时拨打12315投诉举报热线。同时，端午假期期间家庭聚餐增多，应注意食品储存温度和加工卫生，确保饮食安全。

据悉，各级市场监管部门将持续加大节日期间食品安全监管力度，严厉打击食品安全违法行为，切实保障人民群众"舌尖上的安全"。

Pre Dragon Boat Festival Food Safety Sampling Results Announced

The State Administration for Market Regulation recently released the results of special food safety sampling inspections ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, covering food production and distribution sectors across all 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, with focus on seasonal foods such as zongzi, pastries, and meat products.

The sampling inspection covered 15 major food categories including grain products, edible oils and fats, meat products, and dairy products, with a total of over 12,000 samples inspected, of which over 11,800 passed inspection, achieving a pass rate of 98.3%. For non-compliant products discovered, regulatory authorities have required relevant enterprises to immediately remove products from shelves, initiate recalls, and handle matters according to law.

Experts advise consumers to purchase seasonal foods through proper channels, carefully check production dates, expiration dates, and packaging integrity, and promptly report any problematic foods by calling the 12315 consumer complaint hotline. Additionally, with increased family gatherings during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, attention should be paid to food storage temperatures and processing hygiene to ensure dietary safety.

It is reported that market regulatory authorities at all levels will continue to intensify food safety supervision during the holiday period, severely crack down on food safety violations, and earnestly protect the "safety of the tip of the people's tongues".
