Kowloon Peninsula has built a full-chain QC system with 48 checkpoints across raw materials, production, finished products, and logistics. Every ingredient is tested. During production the HACCP system monitors every control point. Before shipping each batch undergoes sensory checks, microbial testing, X-ray scanning, and seal integrity testing.
